Ingredients
1 guinea fowl 1.200kg
1 onion, minced
3 carrots in rings
250 g can mushroom
1 l chicken broth
Cornstarch
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the guinea fowl on each side
Add the onions
Let brown 3min
Add all the other ingredients except the cornstarch
Switch the instant pot to ingredient mode > poultry > set the weight
At the end of the cooking thicken the sauce with the cornstarch
