This is a recipe for summer days when an abundance of fresh vegetables is available. Zucchinis, tomatoes, and eggplants will be mixed up with ground meat to make a delicious dish.

Ingredients

 5 zucchinis in rings
 2 eggplants in pieces
 5 tomatoes in cubes
 1 onion, minced
 400 g ground meat
  Provence herbs

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion, zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes in a little oil

When the vegetables have rendered their water, switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

Switch back in mode browning

Add the meat and cook for 10min

Put the cheese and brown it in the oven for a few minutes
