This is a low calories recipe comprising of lean fish with leeks and carrots. Some bouillon and wine will cover the ingredients. It will make a good dish for a light supper.
Ingredients
2 leeks in slices
3 carrots in slices
4 backs of cod or other fillet
3 tsp of fish stock
½ cup of white wine
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the leeks and carrots
Salt and pepper
Cover with water
Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 10min
Add the fish, the fish stock and white wine
Put it back in quick cooking mode 7min
