Stuffed potatoes in a tradition way

You can really become creative with stuffing a potato. In the following recipe, meat, mushrooms, cheese, spices, and herbs will be most of the ingredients of the stuffing. According to your mood, you can alter the ingredients of the stuffing as you like.

Ingredients

 3 large potatoes
 1 package of bacon cubes
 2 slices of chopped ham
 1 large mushroom chopped
 1 chopped onion
 6 individual wrap soft cheese
 100 ml liquid cream
 1 little milk
 Breadcrumbs
 Thyme
 6 basil leaves
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp butter
  Pepper

Directions

Steam the potatoes with 200ml of water for 20 minutes

Set aside

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In the oil and butter, brown the onion, bacon, mushrooms, and ham

Stop the mode browning

Put the soft cheese

Close the lid and let the cheese melt

Cut the potatoes in half and remove the flesh with a small spoon

Mix the potato flesh with the filling

Add to the filling the cream and some milk until the texture is lightly creamy

Add the basil, pepper, and salt

Fill the potatoes with the filling

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and thyme.

Grill in the oven until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
