Ingredients

 4 diced potatoes
 6 sausages in small pieces
 1 onion, minced
 50 ml water
 Oil
 Parsley
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the potatoes in oil (count 20min)

Add the onions and sausages

Continue to brown 2min

Add the water

Put the instant pot under pressure for 3 min

At the end of the cooking time, turn to mode browning to evaporate the liquid

Salt, pepper and add the parsley
