In that Asian recipe, the pork is mixed up with tofu. The last is a good replacement for meat. The pork will be covered with a sweet sauce and some typical Asian spices.
Ingredients
600 g pork tenderloin in cubes
300 g tofu cubes
1 tbsp ground Sichuan pepper
2 tbsp peanut oil
4 green onions, minced
3 tbsp fresh ginger sauce
3 cm fresh ginger, in strips
1 tbsp liquid honey
4 tbsp rice vinegar
80 ml water
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pour the oil into the pan
Fry the onion, ginger, and pepper
Fry the pork on all sides, several times if necessary
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and water
Pour over the meat
Add the tofu and mix
Start cooking under pressure for 12 minutes
