Pork in a sauce with carrots and leeks

This is a good recipe to prepare on a rainy and cold day. A pork stew with carrots and leeks in a thick sauce full of spices and herbs to enhance the dish.

Ingredients

 1 kg of pork stew in pieces
 6 carrots in thick rings
 1 onion minced
 400 g leek white
 Flour
 1 cube bouillon of your choice
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 Water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and carrots 5min

In a box that closes, put the pork pieces and sprinkle with flour

Close the box and shake well to coat the pork (add flour if necessary)

Add the pork in the bowl

Add the leeks

Cover with water

Salt and pepper and add the stock cube

Cook under pressure 30min

At the end of the cooking time, put it in mode browning before adding cornstarch diluted in a little cold water to thicken the sauce
