This is a recipe for vegetarian or people caring for their health. A big potful of vegetables with spices, herbs, and soy protein. It will be a welcome change to the usual dish containing meat.
Ingredients
4 large potatoes cut into pieces
4 carrots in slices
400 g frozen spinach
200 g frozen broccoli or 1 fresh broccoli
200 g frozen peas
1 tbsp turmeric
1 freeze-dried bouquet garnished (or 1 fresh bouquet, if you have it even better)
Salt and pepper
80 g textured soy protein
2 tbsp tomato paste
200 ml vegetable broth
Directions
Put all ingredients in the tank
Put the instant pot under pressure 7min
You can add 120gr coral lentils, Garam Massala and add 200ml water
