Corsica chicken

This is a Mediterranean recipe of chicken. The preparation consists of a chicken, olives, mushrooms, and tomatoes for the most part. It will also be blazed in Cognac. It should taste really good.

Ingredients

 1 chicken
 Oil or margarine
 125 g of bacon
 25 ml of cognac
 200 g of green olives
 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
 50 g of mushrooms
 1 clove of garlic
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Salt and pepper the inside of the chicken

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken in the fat

Add the bacon

Add the cognac and blaze it

In a saucepan bring the green olives to a boil 2min and drain them

Put with the chicken, tomato, olives, mushrooms, crushed garlic, and pepper

Switch the cookeo to pressure cooking mode 40min for a large chicken or 30min for a small one
