Here is recipe with summer color and smell. The chicken is going to be served with pepper, tomatoes and plenty of herbs to enhance the flavor of the dish.

Basque chicken

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs
 2 red peppers and 2 green peppers in strips
 2 chopped onions
 1 can of chopped tomatoes
 Bacon
 Crushed garlic
 Provence herbs or bouquet garnished
 1 cup of white wine
 1 cup veal stock or bouillon cube
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp oil
 200 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions, bacon and peppers in oil 10min

Remove from the instant pot and set aside

In the bowl, fry the chicken 5min

Put the mixture back with the peppers

Salt, pepper

Add garlic, herbs, white wine, veal stock (or cube), and tomato

Add the water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

Serve with rice
