Chicken with mustard sauce, zucchinis and mushrooms

This is a nice chicken preparation with vegetables and a delicious sauce. The sauce will be made of cream, wine, and mustard to give it plenty of flavors.

Ingredients

 2 chicken breasts in slices
 1 minced onion
 500 g fresh button mushroom
 1 zucchini cut into thick half rounds
 1 tbsp poultry stock
 200 ml water
 100 ml white wine
 2 tbsp fresh cream
 1 cube bouillon bouquet garnished
 2 tbsp of mustard
  Olive oil
 Salt and pepper
 Cornstarch mixed with a little cold water

Directions

Fry the onion and chicken in a little oil

Add the zucchini and mushrooms

Add the water, wine, cube, and mustard

Salt, pepper

Pressurize the instant pot for 20 minutes

At the end of the cooking, turn to mode browning

Put the diluted cornstarch in a little cold water

Stir until it thickens
