Basically here, the chicken is going to be marinated in cream with some special spices. Then the cooking is going to be done with steam. A very light meal.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1.50 cups fresh cream
1 pressed lemon
1 tbsp tandoori spices
½ tbsp coriander
Salt and pepper
Directions
Make a marinade with all the ingredients and put the chicken in it
Let it marinate in the fridge for 3 hours
Put the chicken in the steam basket
Add 150ml of water in the tank
Switch to pressure cooking 8min
