Fish ball with crayfish

This is a recipe for fish fans. Some fish balls with a mixture of crayfish, sauce, vegetables. All of it will be mixed up together and cooked. It will be tasty and full of flavors.

Ingredients

 8 Quenelles from 40 to 50 g
 100 g chopped onions
 100 ml white wine
 100 ml liquid cream
 100 g canned crayfish
 600 g carrots, chopped
 30 ml water
 2 tbsp sunflower oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

In mode browning

Pour the oil into the bowl

Fry the onions

Stop the browning mode

In a separate bowl mix the cream, wine, crayfish, and water

Season

Add the sauce, fish ball, and carrots

Start cooking under pressure 5min
