These fish tails are going to be served in a delicious sauce. It will consist of cream, whisky, mushrooms, and shrimps. It's a good dish to share with your friends.
Ingredients
6 frozen monkfish tails
Olive oil
3 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup of whisky
300 g frozen shrimp
1 cup of half-thick cream
1 can of mushrooms
3 shallots, minced
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the monkfish tails with the shallots in a little oil
