this is another vegetarian preparation with quinoa. Actually, quinoa has quite a bit of vegetable protein. Tofu is added to the recipe to increase the protein content of the dish.

Ingredients

 1 cup quinoa
 50 g coral lentils
 2 carrots in dice
 1 onion, minced
 1 zucchini in dice
 50 g Tofu in dice
 2 cups water (2 cups for 1 cup of quinoa)

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry all the ingredients except the water

Fry a few minutes

Add the water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 6min
