Why not try a squids stew if they are on your lists of favorite foods? It's pretty simple and will be served with potatoes in a thick tasty wine sauce

Ingredients

 2 onions, minced
 700 g squid cut into strips
 4 carrots, sliced
 3 tbsp tomato concentrate
 700 g potato cut in half
 100 ml white wine
 2 tbsp olive oil
 200 ml water, with 1 tbsp fish stock
 Salt ,pepper
 A bouillon cube bouquet garnished
 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little cold water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the squid in the oil for 4 min

Add all the other ingredients

Stir

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking for 20 min
