This is another version of risotto with bacon. In that case, the addition of a few vegetables will be welcome. It will put come color and flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
250 g arborio rice
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper cut into very small cubes
1 package of smoked bacon
100 g frozen peas
Pepper
Olive oil
900 ml vegetable broth
Parmesan
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the vegetables and bacon in oil for 5min
Add the rice and brown 2min more
Add the broth
Add the pepper
Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 15min
Add the parmesan cheese
Keep warm 3min
