Do you a special occasion to celebrate with your friend? Why not prepare a nice risotto with scallops. It's easy to fix and it should taste delicious.

Risotto with scallops, leeks and curry

Ingredients

 Margarine
 1 leek, minced
 1 onion, chopped
 Scallops
 Curry
 250 g arborio rice
 5 tbsp of fish stock in 500ml of water
 3 tbsp fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the leek, onion, and scallops in a little margarine with a little curry

Add 250g of rice

Leave until it is translucent

Add the fish stock

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 10min

At the end of the cooking, add the fresh cream
