Nothing tastes better than a good potato gratin. In that recipe, after cooking the potatoes and liquid in the instant pot, the dish will be put in the oven with the grated cheese to color. A salad would accompany well the dish.
Ingredients
700 g potatoes
400 ml light cream
300 ml milk
1 clove crushed garlic
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg
1 small amount of butter
Grated cheese
Directions
Cut the potatoes into 3mm thick strips
Place them in the vat with the cream, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
Put the preparation in a suitable oven dish
Add the grated cheese
Put it in the oven to brown
