This is an Asian dish with a lot of ingredients to prepare but not much cooking. It's just an interesting dish worse the time spent preparing it. It should taste really good.

Ingredients

 240 g Thai rice
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp frozen peas
 2 tbsp corn
 2 onions (1 white, 1 green minced)
 2 tbsp frozen cooked shrimp
 2 tbsp bacon
 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
 2 tbsp sesame oil
 330 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the sesame oil in the bowl

Beat the eggs

Scramble the eggs

Remove the eggs

Chopped the eggs

Reserve

Fry the bacon and white onions

Add the corn, peas, shrimps, rice, water and soy sauce

Salt very lightly

Start the cooking under pressure for 7 minutes
