Do you like squid? Then, you can try that simple preparation of squids mixed up with rice. Peppers and carrots will add some colors and flavors to the dish.

Ingredients

 300 g frozen squid
 3 peppers in strips (1 of each colour)
 5 small carrots cut in stick
 1 onion, minced
 1 cup vegetable stock
 400 ml water
 150 g bazmati rice
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and peppers in a little oil

Add the carrots

Cook for a few minutes

Set aside in a bowl

Fry the squids

Keep the juice in the bowl

Add the squids in the bowl with the vegetables

Put the rice in the bowl, add the water

Put the contents of the bowl on the rice

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 12min
