With that recipe, we are staying with kidneys. In that case, the kidneys are pork. Mushrooms, spice, and herbs will be added. A nice sauce made of wine will cover the meat.

Ingredients

 1 kg pork kidneys
 2 chopped onions
 200 g bacon
 2 tbsp flour
  l red wine
 10 g butter
 Salt, pepper
 1 bay leaf
 1 pinch parsley
 1 small can mushroom
 1 carrot in rings

Directions

In a bowl filled with vinegar water, put the kidneys for 30 minutes

Drain the kidneys, cut them into large cubes and remove the veins.

Rinse them well

Put the instant pot in mode browning, brown the kidneys and discard the juice

Pass the kidneys in water to rinse them

Always in browning mode melt the butter

Brown the onions, bacon, and mushrooms

Add kidneys, wine, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and parsley

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

At the end of cooking, add flour

Put it back in pressure cooking mode 5min
