This is a simple veal stew with a lot of tomatoes fresh from the garden if you have some. An assortment of other vegetables will go into the preparation. A good and healthy dish.
Ingredients
600 g shoulder of veal, in cubes
1 choped onion
400 g of crushed tomatoes
2 carrots, in pieces
2 turnips
200 g of mushrooms
100 ml of white wine
80 ml of veal stock
2 tbsp of chopped Parsley
Directions
In browning mode
Pour the oil into the vat
Brown the meat
Set aside
Add the onions, then the white wine
Stop browning mode
Add all the other ingredients except parsley
Season
Mix well
Start cooking under pressure for 22 minutes
Sprinkle with parsley
