This is a simple recipe of cooking a pork roast and serving it with a nice sauce made of cream and wine. It's up to you to add other ingredients to enrich the dish.

Pork roast with a sauce

Ingredients

 1 pork roast of 600gr
 3 crushed cloves of garlic
 100 ml of veal stock
 100 ml of white wine
 Salt, pepper
 Parsley
 2 tbsp of butter
 2 tbsp of fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast in the butter

Add the onion and garlic

Add the white wine, veal stock, and parsley

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot under pressure 30min

At the end of cooking, remove the roast from the pan

Put the instant pot back in browning mode

Add the fresh cream in the sauce

Reduce the juice
