 1 minced onion1
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 Mushrooms (fresh and canned)
 1 roast of pork
 Carrots in rings
 A Maroilles cheese in pieces
 White wine
 100 ml of veal stock
 Fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onion, garlic, and mushrooms

Add the roast and then the carrots, Maroilles cheese, white wine, and veal stock

Pass the instant pot under pressure 30min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
