Here, we are moving toward a veal roast. The preparation and cooking are about the same as for another roast. The meat will be accompanied with mushrooms in a tasty sauce.
Ingredients
1 roast veal of 1.2kg
40 g butter
1 minced onion
Salt, pepper
6 tbsp veal stock
200 ml white wine
1 tbsp Provence herbs
1 tbsp basil
1 big box of mushrooms
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Fry the roast in butter
Add the onion
Salt, pepper
Dilute the veal stock, herbs, basil, white wine and 1 cup of water in a bowl
Pour the mixture into the tank
Add the drained mushrooms
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
