Stuffed veal roast with vegetables

Ingredients

 10 carrots in rings
 2 sliced onions
 1 roast veal stuffed with olives
 500 g fresh mushrooms
 200 ml white wine
 18 small new potatoes
  Salt, pepper
 Thyme
 500 ml veal stock

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast on all sides

Add the onion

Add the white wine

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 20min

Remove the roast and set aside (Leave the sauce in the tank)

Put with the sauce the carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, veal stock, pepper, thyme and bay leaf

Put back in quick cooking 15min
