 1 pork roll of 1kg
 1 onion, minced
 500 ml sweet cider
 1 tbsp mustard
 2 bay leaves and thyme
 2 tbsp of oil
 25 g of salted butter
 20 g of flour

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Pricked the meat with garlic

Fry the meat and onion in the oil

Add the cider, thyme, and bay leaf

Switch to pressure cooking mode 35min

During cooking, in a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the flour

At the end of cooking the meat, pour its juice into the butter and flour mixture
