Rougay with Strasbourg sausages

This is a mixed up of sausages with vegetables and spices. It can be more or less hot depending on the region or country. You can be creative with the preparation adding some more spices and herbs.

Ingredients

 10 sausages in 2cm pieces
 250 g smoked bacon
 4 diced tomatoes
 2 cloves of crushed garlic
 1 onion, minced
 1 cup of water
 Turmeric
 Pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the bacon

Add sausages, garlic, onion, and turmeric

Fry a few minutes

Add tomatoes and water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Serve with rice or pasta
