Red mullets with semolina and vegetables

Red mullet is a good tasting fish. In that recipe, it will be served with vegetables and semolina. A very good dish that will be healthy and hearty.

Ingredients

 16 red mullets, filleted
 140 g of green beans, in small pieces
 140 g of fennel, in small cubes
 140 g of green asparagus, minced
 140 g of fine grain semolina
 40 g of melted butter
 3 tbsp of olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 400 ml water

Directions

Roll up the fillets and hold with a toothpick

In a bowl, pour in the butter and semolina

Mix to coat the grains

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Pour the oil into the bowl

Fry the vegetables

Stop the browning mode

Add the water

Season generously

Stir

Place the rolled fillets on top

Start cooking under pressure for 4 minutes

Place in a dish

Cover the semolina with juice

Wait 3 minutes
