Place a slice of bacon and a small handful of gruyere on the slices
Roll each cutlet and tie them up
Pass the instant pot in browning mode
Fry the onion and bacon
Fry each roll on both sides
Add the white wine

Add the fresh cream
Return to pressure cooking 3min
