Bulgur salad with herbs

This is a way to present wheat in a special form that suits itself well for salad. After cooking the boulgour, it will be mixed up with all kinds of herbs to enhance the taste.

Ingredients

 240 g bulgur
 300 ml wter
 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
 2 oranges (supreme)
 100 g candied tomatoes, minced
 50 g olive oil
 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
 2 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon
 2 tbsp fresh chopped mint
 2 tbsp fresh chopped chives

Directions

Put water, half of the oil, bulgur, and salt in the tank.

Cooking under pressure 7 min

Add the tomatoes, herbs, orange, remaining oil, and vinegar
