This is the type of sausages that can be cooked in the ashes of a fire. It tastes really good and a potato salad usually accompanies the preparation. Here, the sausages are cooked in water and served with the potato salad.

Prick the sausages and put them in the tank
Cover with water and white wine
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min
Reserve the sausage
Cook the potatoes in pieces according to the mode ingredients of the instant pot
At the end of cooking, put the potatoes in a bowl and pour the hot chicken broth on top
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper
Pour over the potatoes
Add the olive oil, shallot, and parsley
Serve with the sausage on top
