In that recipe, we are staying with fried turkeys. It's just a light preparation for the calories concern folks. Turkey is lean meat that lent itself well for that type of dish.

Ingredients

 440 g turkey fillet
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp paprika
 150 ml liquid cream 15% mg
 200 ml water
 1 small onion, minced
 1 tbsp oil
 1 tbsp veal stock
 1 tbsp sauce thickener
 Salt, pepper
 Parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion and meat with oil

Add water, mustard, paprika, the veal stock

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min

At the end of cooking add the sauce

Put the instant pot back in quick cooking 2min

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Add the cream, salt, pepper, and mix everything before cooking 2min in browning mode

Sprinkle with parsley before serving
