There are a lot of ingredients in the following recipe of fried pork. Mostly, you fried the meat before adding the rest of the ingredients and cook the whole stuff. Nice spicing and ginger will enhance the flavor of the dish.

Ingredients

 1.30 kg boneless pork
 2 tbsp olive oil
 3 large onions, minced
 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
 400 ml veal stock
 1 cup white wine
 1 bouquet garnished
 Ginger powder
 1 can tomato, peeled with juice
 1 apple, cut into pieces
 1 tsp curry
 Salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
 Sauce thickener

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

In a little oil, brown the meat

Salt, pepper

Add all the other ingredients

Switch to pressure cooking mode 30min

If at the end of cooking you find the sauce too liquid, add the sauce thickener

Serve with steamed potatoes
