This is a different way to present fried pork. The recipe calls for wheat to accompany the meat. It's a good alternative to rice or potatoes and a welcome change.

 1 large onion, minced
 1 tbsp oil
 500 g pork stew
 150 g wheat
 3 tbsp tomato sauce
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp thyme
 1 poultry bouillon cube
 350 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients in the instant pot

Put in pressure cooking mode 10min
