 15 carrots cut into pieces
 1 large can of mushrooms
 100 g pitted green olives
 100 g pitted black olives
 1 small can of tomato paste
 150 g smoked bacon pieces
 2 minced onions
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 300 ml broth (1 bouillon cube of poultry, 1 of veal, 1 of bouquet garnished)
 200 ml white wine
 2 tbsp flour
  Pepper
 Chili pimento

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the garlic and onion

Add the bacon

Brown the bacon for 2min

Add the meat

Pepper

Sprinkle with flour

Add the tomato paste

Add the white wine

Deglaze 1min

Put all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in quick cooking 30min
