For the English speaking folks, a tajine could be compared to a good stew. Actually, it's what it is. A mixed up of meat with different kinds of vegetables.

Ingredients

 1 kg veal cubes
 2 red peppers cubes
 2 green peppers cubes
 1 large onion, chopped
 2 zucchinis slices
 3 carrots slices
 3 peeled tomatoes
 6 medium potatoes, chopped into cubes
 1 pinch saffron
 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  Salt, pepper
 250 ml of vegetable broth

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the meat

Once colored, remove and add the onion and peppers

Brown

Add the carrots, zucchini

Let brown 5min more

Put back the meat, tomatoes, broth, and herbs

Add the potatoes

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
