Soups are usually pretty quick to prepare. Depending on the ingredients, they can be served as a whole meal. The following one is about onion which will be caramelized before making the soup

Ingredients

 1 kg of minced pink onion
 4 slices of country bread
 1 large clove of garlic
 50 g of grated gruyere
 40 g of butter
 1 tbsp of brown sugar
 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp of flour
 1 cube oof flour f poultry bouillon
 1.50 l water

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion with butter and sugar for 3 minutes

Deglaze with vinegar

Sprinkle with flour

Add the cube and water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 12min

Leave in 4 bowls and sprinkle with gruyere Serve with the toasted and rubbed country bread with garlic
