Everybody has heard about spaghetti bolognese. You can fix it in many ways but the principal ingredients are meat, tomato sauce, and pasta. Spices and herbs will enhance it nicely.

Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients

 100 g spaghetti
 3 chopped steaks
  Mushrooms
 Tomato puree
 150 ml red wine
 ¼ l poultry broth
 1 tbsp of olive oil
 1 minced onion
 1 clove of crushed garlic
  Salt, pepper
 Basil, oregano and thyme
 1 sugar cube

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil

Add the crumbled steaks

Add salt, pepper

Add the herbs, wine, and broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

Add the tomato paste, sugar, pasta

Put them back in quick cooking 10min
