Spaghetti with scallops, zucchinis, and shrimps

Do you like seafood and spaghetti? In the following recipe, you allied the two together. The pasta will be mixed up with shrimps, scallops, and vegetables. It's going to be a delicious dish.

Ingredients

 500 g spaghetti cut into 2
 200 g scallops
 200 g peeled shrimps
 Olive oil
 ½ lemon
 2 cloves garlic crushed
 1 zucchini in small cubes
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp curry
 1 can of peeled tomatoes
 200 ml liquid cream
 Parsley
 Basil
 1 l fish stock

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the scallops and shrimp in olive oil

Remove from the vat and set aside (do not clean the vat)

Deglaze with the lemon juice

Fry the garlic and zucchini

Salt, pepper

Add curry, tomatoes, parsley, and basil

Add spaghetti

Add scallops and shrimp

Add fish stock

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

At the end of cooking, empty the water if there is too much

Add cream and brown for 1min by mixing
