Here is a good preparation to accompany some grilled meat or other meat. The pasta will be mixed up with hazelnuts, herbs and a few more ingredients.
Ingredients
400 g of tagliatelle pasta with dry eggs
50 g of hazelnuts
A little thyme
2 shallots minced
40 g of semi-salted butter
250 ml of liquid cream
80 ml of water
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the hazelnuts dry 2 min
Take them out and set aside
Always in brown mode, fry in butter, thyme, and shallots
Pour in the cream, water, and pasta
Salt, season with pepper
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking under 8min
