In oil, fry the onion
Add the peas, chard, cabbage, and curry
Brown 3 minutes more
Add the broth
Switch the instant pot to cooking pressure 4 minutes
At the end of cooking, remove from the tank and set aside
Put the bulgur in the tank with 1x 1/2 its volume of water
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 7min
At the end of cooking, mix the herbs with the bulgur and serve in a separate dish with vegetables
