Ingredients

 800 g frozen Alaskan hake fillets
 600 g frozen vegetable chopped
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp mustard
 200 ml liquid cream
 200 ml white wine
 100 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the hake on all sides in a little oil (several times if necessary)

Pour in the white wine

Put the mustard, cream, vegetables and water salt, pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
