Do you like artichokes? That recipe for the first course with artichoke heart mix with a salad dressing should be greatly appreciated. It’s going to be refreshing and tasty as well as light.
Ingredients
4 artichokes of about 300g
2 cubes of vegetables bouillon & Herbs
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
500 ml water
Directions
In the tank of the instant pot put the water, 1 cube of bouillon and artichokes
Put the instant pot in pressure-cooking 12min
At the end of the cooking, separate the artichoke heart (be aware it’s hot!)
In a bowl, mix 1 cube of bouillon, oil, and lemon to make a vinaigrette
