1 kg beef chucks in large cubes

1 piece of grated ginger (4cm)
1 onion, minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 stalk of lemongrass cut into 4
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp of 5 spices
sunflower oil
4 tbsp nuoc-mâm
3 tbsp tomato concentrate
Salt and pepper
200 ml water
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Mix the meat with the sugar, spices , salt, and pepper in a bowl
At the end of the preheating, put the meat, garlic, and onion to brown in the oil 5min
Add all the other ingredients
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 35min
