 3 slices of Morteau sausage in small pieces
 3 boiled potatoes cut into cubes
 60 g grated comte cheese
 50 ml thick fresh cream
 4 eggs

Mix the fresh cream and the cheese

Put in 2 small ramekins

Add the potatoes and sausage

Seasoning

Break the eggs on top

Put 200ml of water in the bowl

Put the ramekins in the steam basket

Place the basket in the bowl
