Here is a good combination of baked eggs. It is also simple to prepare. In that recipe, you will mix up the eggs with mustard and some dry tomatoes. It will be full of flavor and taste great.

 1 egg
 1 tbsp frsh cream
 1 tsp mustard
 2 dry tomatoes cut in small pieces
 Parmesan

Take one ramekin per person

Mix the cream with the mustard

Pour the mixture into the ramekin

Break the egg on the cream

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese

Add the tomato

Salt, pepper

Put 200ml of water in the instant pot

Put the ramekin(s) in the steam basket

Put the steam basket in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 3min
