Here is a simple and light recipe of baked eggs. It will provide everything you need to make a nice meal. A salad would accompany well the dish.

 5 silicone ramekins
 5 eggs
 5 slices of very thin smoked bacon
 5 tbsp liquid cream
 3 clove of garlic
 5 tbsp parsley
 5 slices of Camembert
 Salt, pepper

Mix the garlic, parsley and liquid cream

Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each ramekin

Put the slice of bacon and then the slice of diced camembert

Add the egg

Add salt and pepper on the egg

Put 500ml of water in the bowl

Put the ramekins in the steam basket

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5 minutes
