Beef and brown beer

Beef chunks can be accommodated in many ways. You can use different kind of liquids that will give a particular taste to your dish. Here is a recipe that uses brown beer and should taste very good and unique.

Ingredients

 1 kg beef in pieces
 150 g bacon
 300 ml brown beer
 200 g fresh button mushrooms cut into 4
 1 onion, minced
 1 stalk of celery, diced
 ½ tbsp flour
 3 tbsp sunflower oil
 1 bouquet garnished
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 cube of beef broth

Directions

Put the meat in a freezer bag with flour and shake to coat the pieces

In a saucepan heat the beer and put a flame to it

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat with the onion, mushrooms, celery for 5 minutes

Add all the other ingredients

Switch the instant pot in pressure cooking 30min
